BAILEY, BRIAN, AND MATTHEW HAVE SHARED OVER 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY AND PRESENCE IN THE DRIFT COMMUNITY.

THEIR PASSION FOR THE SPORT HAS LED THEM TO BE ADVOCATES FOR THE DRIFTING COMMUNITY AND ITS DRIVERS.

BAILEY BIRR

CO FOUNDER

Bailey was introduced to drifting back in 2012 at Faction Motorsports and Clubloose events and quickly came to love the camaraderie out in New Jersey. In 2013 he picked up his first s14 with a stock KA and immediately jumped right into the sport.

BRIAN MENTZ

CO FOUNDER

His love for automotive sports started early on as a child. Now, with 13 years experience in HPDE and 9 years in Drifting, he uses his experience to teach drivers the sport he feLl in love with.

MATTHEW MANNARINO

OPERATIONS LEAD

with a FULL TIME job in Automotive media, being a FORMER NHRA TRACK STARTER AND TECHNICAL INSPECTOR, HIS STRONG AUTOMOTIVE BACKGROUND MAKES HIM THE PERFECT FIT for this role.

CJ WALLS

TECHNICAL INSPECTIONS

An automotive cyber security engineer by day, wannabe tuner by night. CJ is a massive nerd who found his home tinkering with cars. Entering his 3rd season drifting, CJ is always helping new drivers progress and works with the Mi Drift team in many roles on the front and back end.
